Q: Can you organize my home while I’m at work/on vacation/sleeping?

Yes. At some point in the process, however, someone will have to be present to make decisions about what stays and what goes.

Q: How long will it take to organize my garage/living room/closets/etc?

Organization time varies depending on several factors: The amount of items to go through, the speed of your decision-making and whether you do any organizing on your own between sessions.

Q: I need the job done quickly. Can you work under a tight deadline?

We love a deadline! Working with a team of organizers, we can get the job done.

Q: I don’t want my neighbors to know that I’ve hired an organizer. Are you going to spread my stuff all over my front yard like they do on those TV shows?

We take your privacy seriously. We will not pull your belongings out onto your front yard or show up in a big van that has our logo on it.

Q:  Are you going to make me get rid of all the things I love?

Let’s be clear: We won’t make you get rid of anything. We will make suggestions. The final decision always rests with you.

Q: What will happen to the things I part with?

Items that are in good, usable condition will be donated to a local charity of your choosing; anything that can be recycled will be; things that are damaged and unfixable will be thrown away.

Q: Should I buy storage containers before my first organizing session?

No. Instead of buying containers that may not be useful once we figure out what’s staying, it’s better to wait. Often, we’re able to use containers that our clients already have.

Q: I know someone who can use your services. Can I buy a gift certificate for him/her?

The organization process works best when the person being organized is a willing participant. If the person has expressed a desire to get organized, contact us for a gift certificate.
